Missions and activities  

Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise and lead the manufacture and installation of marine interiors for new High Speed Aluminium Vessels.  

Your daily activities would include but not be limited to the running of the carpentry department, basic maintenance of machines, designation of tasks to workers and follow up to ensure efficient completion with a high standard finish.  

You should posses a good aptitude in the understanding of technical drawings and the ability to produce high quality interiors from various materials including Wood, Hex Panel and Vinyl.  

You will liaise with and report to, the Production Manager and in conjunction with other departments, ensure the safe and timely completion of New Aluminium Vessels

Number of employees : 28 expats and 175 local staff  

 

Profile required of the candidate : 

Experience needed – Knowledge – Skills :  

10 years experience in relevant field with proven Supervisory history  

 

Education – Diploma :  

Technical diploma  

 

Added qualifications (attestations, certificats etc.)  

Minimum trade Qualified  

 

Related skills (computer skill, language etc.)  

Language: English and/or French  

 

Personnel quality needed :  

Ability to adapt quickly into a fast paced, multicultural environment with good communication and inter personnel skills.
