In October 2017, NAVIMON -a subsidiary of SEM SODIL and the first fishing shipowner in New Caledonia- ordered from PIRIOU a series of eight 20.7 metre longliners dedicated to tuna longline fishing in the New Caledonia Economic Exclusive Zone.

Built by PIRIOU, the first two vessels just delivered reached their homeport where the opening ceremony will take place at the end of November.

At the same time, the order for three sisterships was signed and they are due for delivery at the end of 2019.
